I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Jim on more than one occasion, first at the WNBF world championships two years ago, and again at Strong and Shapely Gym in East Rutherford New Jersey, where I train most of the time (and where the seminar is being held).

Jim is not only the reigning champ, with a mind-blowing drug-free physique that’s been featured in countless magazines, he approaches his training as a true science and will be sharing his secrets and techniques at this the seminar on October 4th.

Jim also happens to be one of the nicest guys you’d want to meet. Humble and soft-spoken, yet articulate and extremely knowledgable. A great ambassador for the sport of natural bodybuilding.
